Thinglink is a platform for building a variety of interactive media, including 360 images with hotspots, virtual tours and field trips, 3D models that can be manipulated and simulations. Use your own 360 images, or use stock media to start with. Co-Pilot available as an add-on.

Two main interfaces: Media builder (floor plan, 360 tour, infographic, and more) and Scenario builder. Both track data to give you feedback on engagement, or use for grading.
When designing you can view how the image will look on different devices before publishing.
Can be shared with learners in a variety of ways, including embedding, direct link, view in VR and insert in PowerPoint.
Organizational accounts can have a paid landing page for all interactions to live.
Founded in 2010 the company began with the idea of connecting objects in our physical environment to digital information about them, and making the process easy for everyone to perform. They have expanded to using digital objects and virtual tours, to access simulations of places and situations in the physical world.
In 2018, Thinglink was awarded the UNESCO ICT in Education.
Create virtual tours for remote workers or new employees before orientation, overlay quizzes and additional info onto photos of a manufacturing environment with safety hazards.
Use the scenario builder for branching scenarios to guide learners in decision making processes such as quality management or medical diagnosis.
Sample: I completed a project as a sample of a 360 image with interactive tags added. View a screen recorded video here: https://youtu.be/jhQTfVQ3TSo
With an individual creator account you are not able to publish 360 videos.
Creating an interactive experience is very easy. After uploading your image, simply click to add a tag, then select an interaction and follow the prompts in the side bar to complete. For the end user, 16 accessibility options, such as screen reader and contrast, are available to select when interacting with the content. I had better experience using Google Chrome when working with their stock 360 images.
