If you are already using Zoom for virtual training, it is an easy way to keep materials all in one place it by creating shared whiteboards or docs.
The team chat feature can engage students before the meeting, and extend the conversation outside of the meeting.
The complex settings may take some time to get set up correctly for sharing or involve administrative help if you are using it through a business account. The filing system for documents is not as comprehensive as a google Drive or Microsoft system.
Zoom Workplace provides an intuitive user experience. Tooltips pop up when you open a new application. When I created my first document I was emailed an online Zoom Docs user guide from the Docs assistant bot.
Zoom offers a Knowledge base, Learning Center, Blog, Resource library, How-to Videos and a customer Success Hub with live and recorded training/information events. A chatbot can help with basic issues, and higher level support can be requested by phone or email. The Community can also be a place to find answers from other users.
