Make training engaging and fun!
"I love boring training", said no one, ever! One way to liven up a training session is with gamification. This can be as simple as an interactive poll or quiz, and as complex as a full gamified simulation experience. In this section I reviewed a few tools that can be used for creating custom games and gamification elements that will get learners' attention and supplement your learning objectives. I also included a platform for building software simulations, where the learners can learn in a real environment, and make a recommendation for a fully developed simulation activity for groups that is now available digitally.
