If you're using the free version, there is no filter the free and pro assets, so you have to watch for the crown symbol when picking templates or assets.
If you are familiar with other design tools, this is fairly simple to use. Some tools are set up differently and take some time to be comfortable with . There is no filter for 'free" assets only, which can slow down selection.
"Ask Canva" pops up in the lower corner of the window. Type in a question for basic help articles, answers to questions and how to's. The Help Center has more comprehensive search that uses AI to generate answers as well as populate existing articles.
