Alexus graduated from the University of Cincinnati in May 2019 with a Bachelors of Science in Neuroscience and a certificate in Global Health. She participated in the University of Cincinnati Modern Relationships and Mental Health Expert Advisory Team under the supervision of PhD candidate Neslihan James-Kangal. She also worked on a capstone project under the mentorship of Dr. Whitton. The title of her project was, "Correlations Between Parent-Child Relationship Quality and Romantic Relationship Quality During Emerging Adulthood," which she presented at the University of Cincinnati's undergraduate showcase. She plans to continue to gain experience in psychology and apply to Clinical Psychology programs in the Fall of 2020.
