David Hutsell, M.A.

David received his Master of Arts degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Cincinnati. His research typically involves investigating the within-group dynamics of the LGBTQ community, such as how different subgroups of LGBTQ people interact and view one another. During his time working with TCF, he used his thesis to explore the experiences of bisexual women in same-sex relationships and compared their relationship commitment and stability to lesbians'.

After leaving TCF, David entered the Psy.D. program at Spalding University. His dissertation is focused on examining how racism encountered on smartphone geosocial networking applications (e.g., Grindr) affects users who are queer men of color.
