At this time, Dual does not provide agents with the ability to view or endorse policies through their portal. All such requests must be submitted via email.  Please see the best contact information listed below.  Since Dual is an agency billed carrier, renewal notice quotes are sent directly to agents along with a link for payment. The good news is that they are actively working on enhancing their portal to eventually allow agents to view and endorse policies.
