Billing Plans

All payment plans charge a $5 installment fee

• 9-pay plan: 20% initial installment, followed by eight (8) additional installments of 10% each on Days 30, 60, 90, 120, 150, 180, 210, and 240.

• 4-pay plan: 25% initial installment, followed by three (3) additional installments of 25% each on Days 60, 150, and 240.

• 2-pay plan: Eliminated; any existing policy on this plan will be converted to the 4-pay plan upon renewal (after 2/5/21).

• Full pay: 100% initial payment. (NO INSTALLMENT FEE!)

• 11-pay plan (EFT): Formerly 12-pay plan; 16.7% initial installment, followed by 10 additional drafted installments of 8.33% each on Days 30, 60, 90, 120, 150, 180, 210, 240, 270, and 300.

INELIGIBLE DOGS/ANIMALS:

• NO risks with more than four (4) dogs

• ANY dog with a bite history or aggressive tendencies

• Any potentially dangerous animals (horses, farm animals, exotic pets, constrictors, poisonous snakes, etc.)

NBIC only allows 60 days for the home to be under renovation.  The client should obtain a Builder’s Risk for Day 1 of renovation since the NBIC policy does not provide any coverage for theft of building materials.
