Billing Plans

• Annual (single pay)

  • • All mortgagee billed policies are annual pay

• Six Pay

  • • Installments of 25%, 15%, 15%, 15%, 15%, 15%

    • A $10 service fee is charged with each installment bill.

• Nine Pay

  • • Installments of 20%, 10%, 10%, 10%, 10%, 10%, 10%, 10%, 10%

    • Down payment of 20% required with new business applications. Eight subsequent installments of 10% will be billed at 30 day intervals. Renewals will follow the same sequence.

    • A $10 service fee is charged with each installment bill.

Note: If the appropriate down payment is not received with a new application, and the policy cancels with earned premium owed, and the company cannot collect the earned premium, any outstanding earned premium will be deducted from the agency’s commissions.

Canine Legal Liability: 3 pay plan  - 50% down and two equal installments.

Personal Umbrella: 6 pay plan - 25% down and 5 equal installments.

A $10.00 installment fee is applicable to all above plans.

Billing Notes

The maximum single Credit Card transaction amount cannot exceed $1500.00.  There is no limitation on size of payment made by eCheck or Debit Card.

Locating Replacement Cost:

• In epic, double click on the policy.

• Go to “Personal AP” section

• Then “Forms & Endorsements”

• Scroll down and look for “ML24A” code. If that is included on the list the policy has 125% replacement cost.

• ** add this onto binder to stop bank from contacting you again after sending in binder, add it in under the property section, on the “dwelling” line add in “replacement cost ___%” **
