Auto Payment Plan Details

Several bill plan options are available that range from paid in full to a monthly installment. The down payment is due when the policy is submitted.

6 Month Payment Plan Down Payment Installments

Full-Pay 100% N/A

2-Pay 50% 1 @ 50%

3-Pay 33.33% 2 @ 33.33%

4 Pay 25% 3 @ 25%

5 Pay (Renewal) 20% 4 @ 20%

6-Pay 16.67% 5 @ 16.67%

6-Pay (New Business) 25% 5 @ 15%

Home Payplan Details

Available payment options are annual 3-pay, and 6-pay. Mortgagee billing is available for the Homeowner policy.

If the full payment option is desired, the application must be accompanied by a check for the gross premium plus any additional fees.

Three pay requires 40% down plus a $10 installment charge. The second payment is due three months from inception, and the third payment is due six months from inception. There is a $10 service charge per installment.

The six payment option requires a down payment of 25% of the gross premium plus any additional fees. The first installment will be due on the 40th day after the effective date of the policy. The remaining installments will be due on the same day each month thereafter. There is a $10 service charge per installment. The insured may pay the balance of the annual premium at any time during the monthly installment billing cycle.

Once the Company has received the application, the method of payment cannot be changed. At each yearly renewal, the insured will be given the option of full pay or 3 pay.

On the full pay and 3 pay, additional premiums are always billed to the insured and must be paid in full. The Company will issue return premium checks on all credit balances payable to the insured.
