A 1" cube that functions as a flashlight. This project has fine tuned some of my machining skills.
This light runs on button cells and is switched on by sliding a magnet from left to right, activated by a magnetic reed switch located inside the cube.
SolidWorks CAD drawing. This part was hand made on a 3-axis milling machine.

Four tiny LED's were soldered together in a parallel, series combination. An acrylic cap was machined then polished with the rest of the cube.
