Proactively guide and orient students

Work with pupils from an early age to support self-awareness and making informed choices. Support smooth transitions between school stages and between school & work; let pupils experience options early, through routes including tasters, guidance and mentors. Have an open dialogue and consider this in relation to their school career and at the level of the whole person – tap into their motivation and interests.
