On 24th Auguest 2024, The library successfully transitioned from its old software system to a new and advanced library management system. The new software aims to streamline library operations, enhance user experience, and provide efficient management of resources. The event began with a welcome speech by Mr.Pravin Dongare, who introduced the purpose of the transition. The host explained the need for an upgraded software system to keep pace with modern technological advancements and better serve the library's growing user base.A series of training sessions were conducted for the library staff to familiarize them with the new system. These sessions covered the key functionalities, troubleshooting, and new user-support features to ensure a smooth transition. Faculty members and students shared positive feedback on the new system. They appreciated the ease of use and faster access to library materials, particularly the digital resources that are now integrated into the catalog The Chief Guest, Hon.Principal Prof. (Dr.) Shirish B.Patil & Hon.V-Chairman V.T.Joshi, congratulated the library staff for successfully implementing the new system. They emphasized the importance of adopting new technologies to ensure libraries remain relevant and efficient in serving the academic community.  The event concluded with a vote of thanks by Shri.Vijay P.Patil Assistant Librarian who expressed gratitude to the library staff, and all stakeholders for their support and efforts during the transition process.
