This committee shall have general jurisdiction over promotion and regulation of trade, commerce and industry; incentives promotion for the industrialization of the city; attraction of investors to the city; measures which may affect the investor confidence in the city; the development and promotion of small and medium scale industries, the manufacture of local goods, trade agreements, price monitoring, protection of consumers and other related matters.
