This committee shall have general jurisdiction over agriculture productivity, improvement and development of agricultural facilities; development of agri-business enterprises; assistance to farmers; farm worker rights, benefits and welfare; livestock dispersal; assistance to, and general welfare of, livestock farmers; veterinary facilities and medical supplies; fishery development and conservation; assistance to, and general welfare of fishermen; cooperative incentive, development and organization; NGO accreditation, and other related matters.
