This committee shall have general jurisdiction over administration and operation of the public markets and slaughterhouse; and other economic enterprise of the city, such as but not limited thereto: Pahayahay sa Pantalan, Tiklas Falls, Badiangon Training Center, Civoleg Camp Site, City Public Cemetery, use of city streets and overpass, city gym and bus terminals.
