Committee on Education/ Science & Technology

This committee shall have general jurisdiction over formal education and non-formal and community adult education, day-care centers and out-of-school youth, educational facilities and supplies; promotion of science and technology; matters affecting educators, students and other persons in the education sector; operation of educational institutions, private and public; education system, scholarships, student loan program, school projects; naming and renaming of schools; maintenance of public libraries and museums and other related matters.
