If you've been dealing with a challenging camper, today is the time to resolve any issues with the help of the Camp Director or Music Director. 

Also address any other general problems or conflicts, whether it's with fellow interns or even your Camp Director before the campers arrive. Bring them up during the morning rally and address them promptly. This is the last day to make positive changes if needed, including any adjustments to intern placement (approval from the Music Director required). 

Overall, let's look forward to making progress, delivering great lessons, and recognizing the strengths of both us as mentors and the campers as students. Remember, you're not alone in this. The team and campers are relying on everyone's full readiness to rock!

• Recap what you did on Tuesday and go over the plan for the day’s schedule and activities (interns)

9:00 - 9:30

• Daily Meeting (campers)

• Recap what you did on the day before and go over the day’s schedule and activities

9:30 - 10:30

• Sectionals & lessons by instrument 

• Work with students to refine their parts. If anyone’s struggling, work with them individually

10:30 - 11:00

• Group Workshop (Camp Director) - Promotion & Marketing 

• Talk about making fliers, who they'll invite to the show, band logo/names ideas throughout the day etc.

11:00 - 12:00

• Rehearsals + lessons

• Crucial that everyone knows their assignments. No more than 20 mins on a song at a time

12:00 - 1:00

• Lunch

• Make sure everyone knows when lunch is over

1:00 - 3:00 

• Rehearsals + lessons

• Continue rehearsing all the songs keeping track of time spent on each band/part

• Continue adding detail and "nuance" to the songs

• Every song should have an official Song Map by now

3:00 - 3:45

• Wrap up & Release Campers

• Recap the day & discuss the plan for Thursday

• Move gear back to where it was originally
