Run everything with everyone all morning
Prepare for the show and don't forget everything you need from the school
Be pumped and get your campers stoked to rock it today!
Get ready for an EPIC DAY! As soon as you arrive, everyone should run the full set! Everyone, campers and interns alike, should be an enthusiastic audience for each other's performances. It's a chance to cheer and support one another and bond one last time before campers hit the stage.
When you're not performing or helping others, keep an eye on the time and stay focused. After that (around lunch time), it's all about gear breakdown and transport. Your Camp Directors and Music Directors have all the details on how you'll get to the venue, who's building the stage, who's cleaning up, and who's watching over the campers. This should have all been addressed on Thursday already as well. Don't forget your checklists for what you need to bring/what gear you're responsible for.
Once you're at the venue, hustle to build the stage and make sure there's PLENTY OF TIME for sound checks. No goofing around or wasting time, but keep the vibe light-hearted and positive with each other. It might be a little stressful for us as camp staff, but we want the campers to feel the uplifting energy and excitement before giving the best performance of the summer!
Remind campers to sign up for their free trial lesson. It's a chance for them to explore their musical passions. All campers get a free lesson, so let them know they won't want to miss out. Some of them may have done this during the week, but it's fine to remind them anyway. If you have any questions, reach out to your Studio Manager or Music Director. They're here to help. Then get ready to rock the stage and make unforgettable memories on behalf of your campers! Many high-fives are encouraged.

Certain schools may have extra interns/staff on reserve specifically for transport duties

Make sure everyone knows when lunch is over
One last rally and reminders about venue etiquette before leaving for the venue
