Welcome your campers & develop a strong rapport
Make sure you leave a great impression!
Build your setlists for any ROCK 101 or PERFORMANCE Camps
Monday sets the tone for your entire week as an intern, and as a team. Make the most of it! Start off strong by getting enough sleep and having a good breakfast before you arrive.
Remember, campers and their parents may be nervous, so be cool, helpful, and friendly. Watch your language and topics of conversation, keeping it "School Of Rock Appropriate" (SORA). Even if campers or parents seem grumpy, maintain a positive attitude. Having a bad attitude yourself can get you sent home and make you look like a huge nerd. If you're unsure about anything, ask your Camp/Music Director for guidance. Pay EXTRA CLOSE attention during the morning rally and use your smarts.
Your Camp Director/Music Director should explain the morning jobs for everyone. If you're not sure about your job duty or description, then visit the Job Titles page HERE.
You're going to rock it!
