By now, you should have a good understanding of each camper's music preferences, personal goals, and skill levels. Before taking breaks or snacks, make sure the set list and song assignments are complete for all camps.

SET LIST GOALS:

Performance Camp: 6-8 songs

Rock 101 Camp: 4-5 songs

Private lessons play a crucial role today to stay ahead. Utilize the SOR Method App to assist campers, and Directors will use the Method Engine & SOR App for setlist ideas. Consider conducting instrument-specific lessons (sectionals) to foster teamwork, shared knowledge, and camper collaboration.

For beginners, focus on teaching basic techniques, fingerings/voicings, grooves, main riffs, and memorization techniques for lyrics. Theory and reading are not the priority today for beginners, so focus on getting them to play the songs themselves. The overall goal is to make progress in mastering the material.

Keep up the good work and continue supporting the campers' musical journey! Praise their accomplishments throughout the day.

• Clarify any foreseen issues and devise plans & roles better w/ Camp Director

• Daily Meeting

• Sectionals & lessons by Instrument 

• Use the initial song assignments and zero in on techniques and basic concepts used

• Rehearsals + lessons

• Start with 2nd phase of songs & plan time to get through the whole set (songs that you have ready or close to ready)

• Start with the new second phase songs and then work through the initial casting

• Get through all the songs

• 120 minutes divided by # of songs times # of rehearsal rooms. (Example = 12 songs/2 rooms equals ~22.5 minutes per song)
