Sonic, before the accident that turned him blue
First Appearance: Sonic the Hedgehog (June 23rd 1991; video game, Sega Mega Drive)
First Sonic Amalgam Appearance: Act One, Prologue
Biography: As Sonic Amalgam begins, Sonic is not the famous, cool, blue hedgehog we all know and love. Rather, like most hedgehogs, Sonic is brown and very spiky, with plenty of needle-like spines on his head and back. Wandering into the Green Hill Zone in a haze, Sonic is holding on to an upsetting secret but he's got no interest in talking about it.
Having made friends with a number of the Green Hill Folk, Sonic fatefully met Doctor Kintobor. An experiment on Sonic's innate incredible speed saw Sonic undergo the Cobalt Effect and become blue and streamlined!
First Appearance: Sonic the Hedgehog (June 23rd 1991; video game, Sega Mega Drive)
First Sonic Amalgam Appearance: Act One, Chapter 18
Biography: When Doctor Kintobor was caught in an explosive blast brought on by the R.O.C.C. being overloaded, he was infused with evil energy stored inside the Chaos Emeralds. This, combined with the rotten egg Kintobor was holding at the time, transformed him into the foul fiend Doctor Robotnik, bent on world domination and subjugation of Mobius, achieved by encasing anyone would oppose him in a robot.

Biography: Princess Sally Alicia Acorn is the future queen of the Acorn Kingdom, located on West Side Island. Tutored on South Island during term-time, Sally does her best to fit in with her friends despite her royal standing, insistent on not being treated differently just because of the circumstances of her birth. Her natural leadership skills make her a born commander, however, hinting at a future in which she might reign with relative ease.
