Answer 1: Early humans used signs and sounds to communicate. Some of them drew on cave walls to express their feelings.

Answer 2: Personal communication is when we choose how we want to communicate with a person or a few people. When some information or a message has to be delivered to a large number of people, it is called mass communication.

Answer 3: The advantages of using an email are as follows.

1. It is very fast.

2. It can be send anywhere.

Answer 4: A message can be sent to a large number of people by means of radio, television, newspaper and magazines.
