Tonća Jukić is associate professor at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at the University of Split (Republic of Croatia). She teaches courses in the field of systematic pedagogy and research methodology with specific interest in the issues of using various teaching strategies such as e-learning, strategies encouraging critical and creative thinking and collaborative and research approaches such as action research in education. She has published about thirty scientific and professional papers so far. She especially deals with dimensions of aesthetic and moral education, and the concept of so-called slow pedagogy from the teacher’s point of view, so she connects this topic with questions of contemporary teaching strategies within different pedagogical approaches.
