This is a states only event for the 2024 season!Flight is an event where your goal is to build an aircraft that lines up with the rule's parameters and flies the longest. Impound is not required for this event. A lot of teams tend to use a kit, because that way you just have to follow instructions to build a plane that flies for a substantial amount of time. I believe that the most successful way to compete in this event is to spend about a week building up your plane, and then spending all the remaining time after adjusting the plane so that it flies for as long as possible.
