This is the State and National level of the VASO regional Experimental and Data Analysis. It is very similar to the regional version, yet it is very different. You can have a team of up to 3 people, just like the regional version. The only equipment you are required to bring to the event is goggles and a writing utensil. Division B teams are allowed to bring one timepiece, one linear measuring device, and one stand-alone non-programmable non-graphing calculator. These items cannot be used as part of the experiment; they are only supposed to be used as intended. The goal of this event is to create and conduct an experiment using at least 2 of the items that are given on the day of the competition in the event set. Highest score wins.
