Confidence and Resilience

We aim to help students develop an understanding of the pressures that they will face throughout education and different ways that they can better prepare themselves to avoid or manage stressful scenarios. These are skills which are being developed throughout our lives, so starting early is crucial for building the foundations for our future wellbeing! We can offer Confidence and Wellbeing, Stress Management and Resilience presentations to support your learners to develop these skills. Get in touch with your HEPA or use our booking form to organise delivery!

Breathing Exercises

These can be used to relax at times of stress or as part of a daily self-care routine.

Resilience

This is an essential skill, not only during education, but throughout our lives. Learners who can grasp the foundations of this now will be better able to cope with the highs and lows that they encounter. Take a look at these resources with your learners. They can be used as part of lessons, as discussion points or as a take-home activity. Contact your HEPA to arrange for our Resilience Workshop to be delivered to your class.

Resilience Framework

Are you and your learners able to identify how resilient they are? The resilience framework can be useful for teachers and careers advisors to assess their pupils to understand areas which may need futher support or intervention. It can also be used with learners so that they can identify these for themselves. Visit the Liverpool CAMHS website for more information.
