Planner

This is our planner. The first few weeks of PYPX, we had to make a planner so we know what to do. This planner helped us a lot throughout the PYPX!

Student Reflection

What worked well and why?

Riyom: There were many things that worked well. The main thing that I would say went well was our action plan. We successfully made 1.2 million Rupiah in a short amount of time. We also found a good organization called Seribu Tujuan that would make a good use of our money we donated. It was also pretty easy to send the money to the organization and it was not a hassle. Another thing that went well was our interviews. We booked our 3 interviews quick and prepared good interview questions for them. We gained a lot of information we did not know from our research. The interviews were extremely helpful for us. 

Betty: Our action, blog and our presentation worked well, because our products got sold out in a day, or sometimes two days. It think it is because we thought of a great idea to sell different kinds of marshmallow pops and s’mores. We put our extra effort to our blog to make it eye-catchy also to have enough information. Also, our final presentation at Thursday went well, because I am proud of the presentation, I really think that it went well, not just went well, but also I think that our group looked like experts.

Maya: Our 1st action worked well, which is donating to an organization. It went well because we earned 1.2 million rupiah from selling s'mores and marshmallow pops. Then we donated to Seribu Tujuan with the help of Riyom's parents. We also earned certificates from donating to Seribu Tujuan which I am very proud of. 

Fadil: Well, the first thing I would say for this question is that our action and our interviews went well. We made huge profits and donated to Seribu Tujuan! We donated at least 1.2 million rupiah (Which is equivalent to $79.96 USD). Our interviews also went well mainly because we had good questions and the people we interviewed were experts. We are very proud to be a very successful group this PYPX and I hope the other groups did well too.

Aaron: Our actions went well. We had put a lot of effort into them and we donated. We collected 1.2 million Rupiah to donate to Seribu Tujuan. We interviewed experts and got good information. I think the actions went the best and we were very successful in doing our actions because we had tons of effort. I enjoyed doing these actions and we should be very proud of ourselves because we did a lot of effort and cooperated with each other. I think everybody did well in  this PYPX.

What needs to change?

Riyom: I think the thing that needs to change is our decisions and choices. It was hard for us to settle on one thing and decide on it. For example, we had trouble in choosing the font for our blog. I also think that my group members should talk more and express more of their ideas as I realized that I am the one who is mostly talking. They did not talk that much which is a thing that could be changed. Overall, our teamwork and collaboration was excellent, and this group has been amazing. We achieved great things together. In the end, we decided a good font for our blog and I love our final group decisions. 

Betty: I think our teamwork a bit needs to change. Even though our teamwork is great, we don’t have the same style of different kinds for our blog. We were supposed to share the idea, combine it and make a new big idea. However, we took time doing that, and our styles were completely different. Overall, our teamwork was great, we just need to understand other’s style.

Maya: I think we need to work on using each others ideas. We need to work on using each other's ideas since we usually follow Riyom. Our teamwork has to change since sometimes we fought on which designs we should use. We should all be polite to each others opinions.

Fadil: Our teamwork can be improved upon. Sometimes, we would disagree on a minor issue, such as the font in the blog. We mainly tried to use our own ideas but this lead to a couple disagreements on our group. However, we were able to agree on a certain idea/design. I am happy that this group is able to work together and find solutions to whatever problem we have. 

Aaron: I think our teamwork needs a bit of improvement. It is good but our taste is very different and we has our own styles. I think we should respect each other's opinions more and respect the styles of others. I think we should discuss about our styles and which style looks good on the blog.
