This chapter outlines numerous violations that are deemed to be "high crimes" against the Foundation.Â
Punishments for these crimes are not outlined in the following sections as it is the sole responsibility of the Overseer Council, Chairman, and the Administrator to ultimately decide the necessary action against those who perform these actions.
Examples of potential punishment include but are not limited to:
Complete and total removal from the Foundation, including associated groups, experiences, and communications;
Permanent suspensions, restrictions, or administrative blacklists from holding any specific position within the Foundation; and
Potential forwarding of crimes that may be illegal to proper authorities and Roblox or Discord themselves.
Acts of treason or unloyalty to the Foundation, including betrayal and deceit, that directly disobey the Foundation's code and are attempts to overthrow or take over someone's position are forbidden are held to the highest punishment possible.
This is defined as the act of directly defying someone and betraying them in an attempt to gain personal benefit or take over their position, such as the Administrator.
This includes threats or comments that may hint to or directly refer to planned acts of betrayal.
Attempts or successful acts of bribing someone both inside or outside of the Foundation is strictly forbidden and looked down upon, especially if for personal benefit or to gain something in return.
People who willingly take or accept a bribe without reporting it to the proper personnel may be subject to severe, if not extreme, punishment if they are aware of the repercussions for their actions.
Bribery includes but is not limited to the act of paying or giving someone something in return for personal profit, examples include giving a position for payment or revoking a given punishment for payment in return.
Attempted or successful acts of blackmail/extortion against a member of the Foundation or someone outside of the community is strictly prohibited under every aspect of the Foundation and will result in the highest punishment possible.
Acts of blackmail or extortion include demanding payment or profit from someone using threats or illegal acts that may cause harm to someone physically or mentally, including revealing potentially harmful or private information about them.
Potential acts of blackmail are to be reported immediately to an O5 Councilor or the Administrator.
