Foundation personnel, regardless of rank or position, are required to maintain good behavior at all times. Respectfulness, professionalism, and good conduct are essential to maintaining a fun and inviting environment for everyone.

• Acts that cause harm to others and inflict physical or mental damage against other Foundation personnel such as punching or shooting them is prohibited and considered misconduct.

All personnel are obligated to follow the orders of any authoritative body, or Security Level 4 personnel or higher.

• All Security Level 4 personnel are required to follow the orders of any Installation Director, Manufacturing Lead, or O5 Councilor.

Foundation personnel are prohibited from eluding or evading authoritative bodies of the Foundation.

• Evasion is defined as; attempting to/succeeding in running away from authoritative personnel after committing a crime or after a reasonable attempt to contact or apprehend an individual.

• In addition to this, evasion is also defined as leaving a department, Discord server, or group to avoid punishment or suspension.

Foundation personnel are required to present themselves and their identification to any authoritative body or Security Level 4 personnel or higher when requested.

All Foundation personnel are required to follow all orders from an O5 Councilor without question, regardless of the order.
