All personnel are bound to the Foundation code and regulations that apply to them and are granted the basic rights of every human being whilst they are a member of our community and Foundation.

• Personnel have the right to feel safe and secure from abuse and discrimination;

• Personnel have the right to bring forward concerns or reports to their superiors without fear or repercussions;

•  Personnel have the right to a non-toxic working and playing environment; and

• All personnel have the right to fairness and equality.

All members of the Foundation given basic life privileges and abilities during their time as a member of our community.

• Personnel are granted the privilege to freely make a decision without harassment or slander;

• Personnel are given the privilege to fairly progress within the Foundation as they please unless fairly restricted by an authoritative body; and

• All personnel are allowed to suggest changes, alterations, and speak openly about their opinion and what they think is right.

The following section applies to all personnel and members of the Foundation, including Class-D personnel.

1. Personnel may not go out of their way to harass, bully, torment, or make fun of other personnel.

2. Personnel may not show extreme toxicity or slander towards others or a department.

3. Foundation personnel may not use their weapons to harm others except for self defense.

   1. • Combative departments are exempt and should refer to departmental rules.

4. Foundation personnel should not enter an SCP’s containment area without proper Security Level, escort, or permission.

   1. • Non-combative personnel should never enter an SCP’s inner containment zone.
