The utilization of gaps and attempts to circumvent restrictions and requirements that are described within Foundation code in order to provide personal advantage by attempting to avoid reprimand or disciplinary action is strictly prohibited and can result in punishment from the Ethics Committee.

Foundation personnel, as described in the Code of Ethics, may be subject to exemption from this ordinance if deemed appropriate by a member of Foundation Oversight or deemed acceptable by the Ethics Committee.
