Members of the Foundation must remain respectful and kind at all times when interacting with sentient SCPs. Intentionally angering an SCP will be considered rogue misconduct.
Shooting at hostile or non-hostile SCPs outside of official duties or activities is prohibited.
Members of the Foundation are prohibited from engaging/interacting with SCPs in unauthorized ways, such as;
Self testing or testing on other Foundation personnel.
Moving, transporting, or picking up and carrying any SCP objects, containers, or crates outside of appropriate departmental duties.
Foundation personnel are not allowed to interfere with SCP testing or containment operations.
This means that personnel are prohibited from obstructing research staff from conducting tests, interfering with re-containment efforts, or pestering SCPs to intentionally cause them to breach.
Mobile Task Forces personnel are permitted to terminate or handcuff personnel who interfere with operations as they deem necessary.
Foundation personnel are not permitted to interact with infectious SCPs, this includes;
Intentionally interacting with/walking into an infectious SCP or SCP instance to get infected.
When infected with an SCP virus/infection, Foundation personnel are permitted to work to spread the infection.
Once infected, Foundation personnel may not spread the infection/virus into department spawns.
Foundation personnel (and Class-D personnel) are allowed to actively participate in gangs that have been started by SCP-527.
SCP-527 gang members are allowed to free roam as they wish but must stay near SCP-527 (Mr. Fish) at all times.
Gang members that wander off or separate from the group may be terminated.
Gang members of SCP-527 gangs may use weapons and firearms without being restricted to the regulations.
Combative personnel may only shoot or terminate SCP-527 or his gang members if they become hostile.
All Foundation personnel are prohibited from terminating or harming SCP-049-2 instances (cured) unless one of the below conditions is met:
An SCP-049-2 has harmed you or (in the case of official protective details) harmed a VIP.
SCP-049 has went off-site (the actor has went offline).
Must be approved at the discretion of a Mobile Task Forces Sergeant or Theta-14 Specialist.
SCP-049 has given you explicit permission to terminate or harm (an) SCP-049-2 instance(s).
A Mobile Task Forces Lieutenant, Theta-14 Corporal, O5 Councilor, or higher has authorized you to terminate or harm (an) SCP-049-2 instance(s).
