It is unethical to verbally abuse or make fun of Class-D personnel in any way.
Abusing, harassing, bullying, or making fun of Class-D personnel is prohibited and warrants departmental punishment alongside the Ethics Committee's decision for disciplinary action.
If Class-D are pushed over the termination line, they may not be terminated, they must be asked to step back. However, the subject who pushed the Class-D may be terminated.
Class-D must be terminated for an ethical reason and may only be terminated by combative personnel only.
Class-D personnel may be terminated by anyone without punishment in the case of self-defense.
The following points are valid for Class-D termination:
The Class-D has displayed or is in the possession of contraband;
The Class-D has passed the guard line;
The Class-D must have passed the red line, touching the yellow line should only result in a physical warning.
The Class-D has failed to listen to orders given by an authoritative body;
The Class-D has exceeded the maximum amount of physical warnings;
Physical warnings are defined as physical action against Class-D to serve as a warning to stop what they're doing.
The Class-D is in an unauthorized location;
The Class-D is harming or injuring other personnel;
The Class-D is attempting to or has successfully escaping/escaped; and
The Class-D is climbing on or jumping on structures and/or objects.
