Foundation personnel may only access information that they have gained access to through their clearance or from a respective body.
Foundation personnel who gain access to classified information are not to spread, declassify, leak, photograph, copy, replicate, or duplicate said information.
Foundation personnel who come across any breached materials or information are to directly report the breach to the first available member of the Administrative Department or Office of the Administrator.
Reporting breached material is required.
Classified information includes; documentation, Discord servers, Discord channels, handbooks, and guidelines that hold a Security Level of “restricted” or higher.
Personnel or other individuals who attempt to or successfully breach classified assets without explicit permission from 3/4 of the Overseer Council or the Administrator are subject to complete removal from the Foundation and potential legal action.

Foundation information that is classified "Unrestricted" is specific information that may only be viewed by Security Level 1 and higher clearance personnel.
This classification is typically granted to private department documents.
Foundation information classified as "Restricted" is any assets or documents that may result in a minor information leak if disseminated.
This type of information is typically granted to command documentation for departments and may only be viewed by Security Level 2 or higher clearance personnel.
Foundation information that is classified "Confidential" is any information that may result in a moderate-level information leak that may be vital to a department's private operations or other private material that if disseminated, would result in a minor disruption in gameplay and perspective.
Information with this classification may only be viewed by Security Level 3 and higher clearance personnel.
Foundation information that is classified "Secret" is any private information that is strictly for the eyes of senior Foundation command members only, being Security Level 4 clearance and higher.
In the event that information of this classification was leaked, it would cause a moderate to large disruption in player engagement, gameplay, and potential perspective of the Foundation or an organization. This would cause a moderate disruption in Foundation operations.
Foundation information that has been classified as "Top Secret" is any and all assets and details that are strictly to be viewed by members of the Overseer Council.
In the event of a information leak of this size, it would cause a large or severe disruption in the Foundation's operations and cause a decently large impact.
