Installation Protocols are used to signal and notify on-site personnel of any ongoing events or threats that may concern their safety.
Additionally, protocols are used to notify combative personnel of what they should do in the event of an on-site threat or breach.
Personnel are required to assume designated duties during specific protocols and should always follow directions from an authoritative body in the event of an emergency.
Protocol "Clear Skies" signals that the installation is clear of any active threats and may operate normally.
Protocol "Clear Skies" should only be initiated if the installation is clear and no other protocol is necessary.
Protocol "Clear Skies" may be declared by any of the following personnel:
Security Level 4 or higher;
Mobile Task Forces personnel;
Seasoned Response Agent or higher; or
Military Police Primary Constables or higher.
Protocol "Orange Rising" indicates that the Class-D Containment Zone is losing stability and requires backup to respond immediately.
Protocol "Orange Rising" may be declared in the event that the Class-D Containment Zone is understaffed and is in need of immediate backup.
Protocol "Orange Rising" may be declared by any of the following personnel:
Security Level 4 or higher;
Mobile Task Forces personnel; or
A Security Agent or higher.
Protocol "Yellow Spark" signifies an on-site riot and indicates that all combative personnel should report to the Class-D Containment Zone immediately, evacuating all personnel outside of Site Delta, where Class-D personnel are housed.
Protocol "Yellow Spark" may only be initiated if three or more armed Class-D personnel have escaped the Class-D Containment Zone.
Protocol "Yellow Spark" may also be initiated if four or more unarmed or armed Class-D personnel have escaped the Class-D Containment Zone.
Protocol "Yellow Spark" may be declared by any of the following personnel:
Security Level 4 or higher;
Mobile Task Forces personnel;
Tactical Response Agent or higher; or
A Supervisory Auditor or higher.
Protocol "Blue Sparrow" indicates that there is a chance of containment breach, uprising, or a hostile attack. All personnel are to remain vigilant and report anything out of the ordinary.
Protocol "Blue Sparrow" may be declared by any of the following personnel:
Security Level 4 or higher;
Mobile Task Forces Operatives or higher;
Seasoned Response Agent or higher; or
A Supervisory Auditor or higher.
Protocol "Red Vulture" represents a containment breach and is declared in the event that an SCP has escaped containment.
Protocol "Red Vulture" should only be initiated if an SCP has escaped its containment zone or a hostile SCP has been confirmed outside of its containment chamber.
Mobile Task Forces personnel hold the highest authority during Protocol "Red Vulture".
Protocol "Red Vulture" may be declared by any of the following personnel:
Security Level 4 or higher;
Mobile Task Forces Operatives or higher; or
A Supervisory Auditor or higher.
Protocol "Purple Heart" signifies that hostile forces have been spotted within the installation and all combative personnel are to respond to defend the facility.
Protocol "Purple Heart" should only be initiated in the event that hostiles have been confirmed and there is an ongoing raid.
Combative personnel hold the highest authority during Protocol "Purple Heart".
Protocol "Purple Heart" may be declared by any of the following personnel:
Security Level 4 or higher;
Administrative personnel; or
Department of External Relations staff.
Protocol "Dark Night" is declared in the event of a full installation-wide evacuation. This protocol is only utilized in the event of a mass breach or a loss of the facility.
Protocol "Dark Night" should only be initiated if a breach has been ongoing for 30 minutes or more or a riot has been ongoing for 25 minutes or more.
Mobile Task Forces hold the highest authority during Protocol "Dark Night" and are responsible for evacuating all personnel to the installation command center.
Protocol "Dark Night" may be declared by any of the following personnel:
O5 Councilors;
The Installation Director; or
An Administrative Director.
Protocol "Heartburn" represents a full installation-wide oxygen depletion order and depletes all oxygen within the facility after 90 seconds.
Protocol "Heartburn" should only be initiated if a breach has been ongoing for 45 minutes or more or a riot has been ongoing for 20 minutes or more.
During Protocol "Heartburn" all personnel should report to the nearest evacuation shelter as soon as possible.
Protocol "Heartburn" may only be declared by members of the O5 Council.
