Charge!
The monster charges an opponent and tackles them hard. The victim is thrown 2D6 meters backwards, takes an equal amount of bludgeoning damage (armor has no effect) and is knocked down.

Dagger-like Teeth!  
The blazebear bites down upon an opponent, inflicting D12 piercing damage.

Raking Claws!   
The monster rears up and slashes wildly with both claws at an opponent. The victim suffers 2D8 slashing damage.

Hurling Attack!
The beast catches an opponent with its claws and hurls the victim 2D4 meters. The victim suffers an equal amount of bludgeoning damage (armor has no effect) and becomes Dazed.

Hateful Roar!  
A roaring bellow filled with hatred and malice causes everyone within 10 meters must make a WIL roll to resist fear.

Stunning Gaze!  
The blazebear targets an opponent it can lock eyes with. If the victim can see (i.e., is not blind or blind-folded), they must make a WIL roll (not an action).  On a failure, the victim is petrified with terror and unable to move. They cannot perform any action or movement until after their next turn, which breaks the paralysis.

Razor Sharp Bite!
The borthak bites a player character with its many fangs, covered in acidic saliva, inflicting 3D8 piercing damage.

Swiping Claws!  
The borthak sweeps its claws foreleg in a wide arc, attacking all player characters within 2 meters. Each victim suffers D8 slashing damage and is knocked down.

Sweeping Tail!  
The borthak whips its tail at two opponents. Both victims suffer 2D6 bludgeoning damage and are knocked down.

Bounding Charge!
With full force, the beast charges at the player character with the highest STR within 10 meters. The victim suffers 3D6 bludgeoning damage and is knocked down.

Noxious Regurgitation!  
The monster spews a stream of acid in a cone 10 meters long, whose width at any given point is equal to the distance from the borthak. Anyone hit by the acid spray takes D10 acid damage and are subjected to a paralyzing poison with potency 12. Armor has no effect.

Cold Stomp! 
The beast runs up to an opponent within 10 meters, knocking them down with a powerful stomp of its paw and leeching them of heat. The attack inflicts 2D8 bludgeoning damage, plus D6 of cold, of which armor has no effect. The victim is prone and also becomes cold (see Rulebook, page 54; cannot heal HP or WP until they get warm.)

Necrotic Claws! (Slaad form)
Deathsword Swipe! (Disguised form)
The claws / sword slash at the nearest victim, leaving a gaping wound that emits crackling death energy. The victim takes D6 slashing damage and a further D6 damage from the death energy (of which armor has no effect)

Flying Claws!  (Slaad form)
Sweeping Deathword! (Disguised Form)
The villain's claws / sword ignites with necrotic energy. He cuts a wide sweep at all opponents within 2 meters, inflicting 2D6 slashing damage and a further D6 damage from the death energy (of which armor has no effect). The victims are also knocked down.

Shadow Slip!  
The monster makes one attack at its nearest opponent, then teleports in a misty swirl of shadow to attack an opponent at Nearby distance (or whoever is furthest.) Each takes 2D8 piercing damage, which can be dodged but not parried.

Jugular Toss!
Teleporting to a random target up to 20 meters away, the villain grabs the victim by the throat, raising him above the air and tossing them 2D6 meters. The victim suffers the same amount of bludgeoning damage and is knocked down.

Cloud of Kill!   
The slaad speaks in a strange demonic tongue, causing a yellow cloud to erupt nearby, engulfing everyone within in a 10-meter radius. Each victim must make a CON roll (not an action) or take 2D6 poison damage and become Dazed. 

The True Form Revealed! 
The monster's disguised form melts away violently into the full demonic visage of the death slaad. As it laughs, it unnerves all within 20 meters of the sight, each suffering a fear attack.
(If this result is rolled while already in Death Slaad form, use the Necrotic Claws attack.) 

Threatening Display!
The grell suddenly darts forward, extending all its tentacles outward in an unsettling and intimidating display. Everyone within 10 meters must succeed with a WIS roll or gain the Scared condition. Those who are already Scared gain another condition of their choice.

Bristle Pricks! 
Several tentacles flick repeatedly upon an opponent, lashing them with needle-sharp barbed tips. The victim suffers D10 piercing damage and gains the Dazed condition.

Binding Tentacles!  
The grell descends from the  air, entangling a victim. Those affected must succeed with an EVADE roll (not an action) or become grappled. Grappled victims are not knocked down yet remained trapped (page 48 in the rulebook), and victims receive an automatic Paralyzing Venom! attack if they remain trapped at the end of their turn.

Paralyzing Venom!
A grell silently floats behind an opponent and stabs them with its poisonous barb. The victim is injected with a paralyzing poison of potency 12.

Beak Bite!  
The hard beak of the grell bites down hard on its victim, causing 2D6 piercing damage.

Creeping Touch! 
A tentacle slowly winds its way around a victim's neck and  The victim must make a WIL roll to resist fear, and suffers D10 slashing damage as they fling the offending tentacle away.

Tail Swipe!
The hertilod swipes its tail at an opponent within 10 meters. The attack inflicts 2D10 bludgeoning damage and knocks the victim down.

Devour!
The beast swallows the opponent with the highest STR, inflicting 2D8 damage. For each round spent in the beast’s belly, the victim suffers D6 damage on their turn (armor has no effect). The hertilod’s gullet can hold up to two creatures at a time. A hero can keep attacking the sea serpent from within, where it has no armor.  The victim also can get out once the monster is dead. 

Ferocious Bite!
The hertliod bites a player character with its razor-sharp teeth. The attack inflicts 2D10 slashing damage.

Suffocating Bulk!
The hertliod shifts its massive weight to reorient itself, engulfing an opponent with its bulky body. The victim immediately starts to  suffocate (see Drowning rules on page 53.) The hero cannot move or perform actions that require movement, except trying to break free, which takes a STR roll with a bane. Others can help.

Crushing Weight!
The beast rises to its full height and brings two heavy limbs down on two heroes within 6 meters of each other. Both victims suffer 2D8 bludgeoning damage and are grappled. Maintaining the grapple does not count as an action for the monster, and inflicts D6 damage (armor has no effect) to each victim if they remain grappled at the start of their turn.

Constriction!
The beast wraps its tail around an opponent within 10 meters and tries to squeeze the life out of them. The attack inflicts 2D8 bludgeoning damage and an equal amount of damage whenever it is the victim’s turn. The victim cannot move or perform actions that require movement, except trying to break free, which takes a STR roll with a bane. Others can help.

Spear Sweep!
The impaler sweeps its long iron spear at all opponents within 4 meters of him, knocking their legs out from under them. The victims must succeed with an AGL roll (not an action) or be knocked down and become Dazed.

Wicked Spike!
The monster lashes out at an opponent with one of the iron spikes kept on its belt, inflicting 2D8 piercing damage.

Spear Thrust!
The impaler thrusts its iron spear at an opponent. The attack inflicts 2D10 piercing damage.

Spike burst!
Twisted, spectral spikes shoot out from the impaler's body in all directions. All adventurers within 10 meters suffer D10 piercing damage.

Hateful Yell!
The impaler lets out a battle cry filled with the hatred and malice beyond the grave. Everyone within 10 meters must make a WIL roll to resist fear.

On the first 6 result, use Speed Strike. On subesquent 6 results, use Enflame Wounds.

Speed Strike!
The impaler teleports to appear behind a victim up to 10 meters away, and strikes with an iron spike, inflicting D8 damage. This attack cannot be dodged or parried.

Ignite Wounds!
Summoning unholy energy, the impaler ignites all blood he has drawn. Each victim who has been damaged by the impaler attack takes 2D4 damage.

Dread Whispers!
The priest chants in an ancient and terrifying tongue. All player characters within 10 meters suffer a fear attack.

Necrotic Bolt!
The priest strikes a victim within 10 meters with black lightning for 2D8 damage (ignoring armor). The victim is forced to the ground,  as if knocked down.

Slashing Soul Blade!
Moving with sudden speed, the priest moves through the area, slashing up to D3 player characters with its Soul Blade. The attack inflicts D10 slashing damage. Each attack can be dodged or parried, but must be done individually.

Soul Theft!
The priest pierces a victim within 2 meters with his Soul Blade; the attack can be dodged but not parried. The victim suffers 2D6 piercing damage and must succeed with a WIL roll or lose their turn in the round (if it has not already passed).  

If the victim drops to 0 HP, a Soul Tattoo in the victim's likeness appears on the priest's body. 

Soul Shadow Minionl!
The priest touches one of the Soul Tattoos on its body, which vanishes. The trapped soul manifests as a shadowy creature next to a PC within 10 meters of the priest and attacks for 2D4 slashing damage. The shadow minion continues to attack the enemy for D3 rounds.

1: Ectomplasmic Body.
Otherworldly slime continually drips off the priest's form. 

The priest flings a glob of slime at an opponent within 10 meters, inflicting D8 damage (armor has no effect). This ranged attack can be dodged.

2: Flaming Skull.
Only the skull of the priest remains, floating mid-air, surrounded by flame. 

The priest spews a stream of fire in a cone 10 meters long. Anyone hit by the flames takes D10 fire damage. Armor has no effect.

3: Spectral Visage.
The priest's body and clothing becomes translucent and wraith-like.  

The priest telekinetically hurls a victim within 10 meters 2D6 meters backwards with tremendous force, who suffers the same amount of bludgeoning damage and lands prone.

4: Deathly Gaunt.
The priest's body withers, and skin turns chalky white. 

The priest appears behind a victim within 4 meters, touching them. The victim is blinded and acts as if in total darkness. Roll D4 every shift. On a 1, the effect wears off.

Enchanting Lure!
With its beguiling starlight, the star angler charms a victim within 10 meters. The victim must succeed with a WIS roll or immediately perform a movement and an action (must not require WP) of the angler's (GM’s) choosing. The victim also loses its turn in the round, if it has not already passed.

"But it's so beautiful!" 
The star angler's light bobs and dangles in a disorientating manner. Everyone within 10 meters must make a CON roll (not an action). On failure the victim swoons and becomes Dazed, losing their turn in the round (if it has not already passed).

Biting Frenzy!
The star angler gnashes its terrible teeth at two player characters within 4 meters of each other. Each attack inflicts 2D8 slashing damage.

Sudden Chomp!
The beast thrusts its vile head forward and clamps down on a player character with its razor-sharp teeth. The attack inflicts 3D8 piercing damage.

Whip!
The star angler uses its lure's appendage as a whip in a sweeping attack against all heroes within 4 meters. Each attack inflicts D10 bludgeoning damage, and anyone hit is knocked back the same number in meters.

Devour!
The beast swallows the opponent with the highest STR, inflicting 2D4 damage. The player character can keep attacking the star angler from within, where it has no armor. But for each round spent in the beast’s belly, the victim suffers D6 damage on their turn (armor has no effect). The victim gets out once the monster is dead.
