These are some examples of activities we might do in class. This particular activity was one that we did over awareness of endangered species. We first created a picture of our chosen animal (I chose the Ozark Big-Eared Bat) and then create a poster to add researched facts to. After we completed this project, we hung our posters up around the school to show off our art and increase awareness of the endangered animals in our peers.
This is a poster about endangered animals. for this assignment, I will have students select an extinct or endangered animal to draw using sketchbook, and then I will have them gather information about how we can help that animal and why it is endangered. we will then print out our posters and ang them around school to raise awareness for these animals!
Please watch the power point below for a tuturiol and more information.
this is an activity for my classroom that is always a big hit. it involves science, and learning how the metamorphasis process works, how long it lasts, and the differetn stages of pupa, larva, caterpillar, cacoon, and butterfly. We will have a class butterfly to watch and observe and take notes as we complete this project!
