This is a presentation i think everyone can benefiet from watching. It goes over the reasons why we should use videos when we teach and why they can be a really good thing for teachers, resources, and students.

All of the above are issues we may face in our schools. I wanted to address each of them and give both parents and students an idea of where i stand on these and how they will be handled in my classroom.

Inclusion is: 

"An inclusive classroom climate refers to an environment where all students feel supported intellectually and academically, and are extended a sense of belonging in the classroom regardless of identity, learning preferences, or education"

Inclusion is defined as the state of being included or being made a part of something. When multiple people are all invited to be part of a group, this is an example of inclusion. 

Language is:

"Classroom language is the routine language that is used on a regular basis in classroom like giving instructions of praise, for example “Take out your books” or “Please sit down”. 

For the teachers, classroom language makes teaching and learning easier to communicate with the students. They can deliver instruction clearly in every classroom activities, manage classroom activities, improve the students' speaking skill, and reach the purpose of learning effectively and systematically. 

Bullying is:

Bullying of any form is not tolerated in our school, whether carried out by a child or an adult. Staff, children and parents or care takers will be made aware of the school's position on bullying. Bullying behavior is unacceptable in any form. 

Students who are bullied show less academic improvement due to a fear of standing out. As a result, teachers often identify those students as low achievers or unmotivated learners. These students may then receive less attention from teachers which only pushes them further down the academic rankings in their school.
