Updated Summer 2025 Conditioning Registration and Information Below:

• June 16th (Monday): First day of Summer Conditioning @ 7:30AM at the HS Track Barn.  Sign up for summer conditioning here.
  • • • Summer Conditioning is every week Monday - Thursday @ 7:30am with a few exceptions:
        • • • Dead Week (June 30th - July 6th): State Mandated time where coaches are not allowed to host any formal or informal practices.
            • Camp Week (July 14th - 17th): XC Camp is scheduled for this week and 95% of the kids that go to conditioning will be attending camp.
• August 9th (Saturday): Our MAIN Fundraiser - The Saline SummerFest 5k - we need everyone to either WORK it our RACE it! Your choice! 

  • • Sign-up to run!  You can do that at this link.  Registration fees help make donations to help fund Saline XC events and equipment, and you get to dedicate the morning of Sat, Aug 13 to exercising (all runners/walkers are welcome).

• August 11th (Monday): First Official Day of Practice

• August 15th (Friday): Time Trial  - time is TBD but is usually between 6:30 & 8:30PM and will take place on our course at Saline High School
