2.1 All Road Traffic Trainers without an active LOA are required to maintain an active presence on TeamSpeak & PLPD Online and regularly attend practical assessment stages, mark written assessment stages, and engage with any other administrative duties prescribed by Traffic Command.
2.2 Road Traffic Trainers marking a written or practical stage are expected to do so to a high standard in full compliance with the provided marking scheme.
2.3 Road Traffic Trainers who take a LOA must to inform Traffic Command 1 week prior to this leave.
2.4 Road Traffic Trainers are expected to notify Traffic Command of their availability for a practical assessment stage using the reactions provided on the Discord message, failure to do so will be considered a 'no show'. Repeat 'no shows' will result in disciplinary action being taken against the Traffic Trainer.
2.5 All trainers are expected to show the utmost professionalism while representing the Road Traffic Unit on TeamSpeak, PLPD Online and the live PERPHeads server.
2.6 Road Traffic Trainers whose activity or performance is not of an acceptable standard will typically be offered a warning prior to disciplinary action being taken against them however this may be disregarded as per 2.7.
2.7 Traffic Command reserves the right to remove any Traffic Trainer from their role if they don’t believe they are required as a Trainer or aren’t performing their duties correctly even without prior warning.
