Tack, or wearable items for Rhaigon give bonuses to stats, art points, etc.

also, who doesnt want to be stylish!

Tack sets can appear in just about any shape, size, form. They can appear as clothes, capes, harnesses, etc. 

Tack can be used on anthro Rhaigon as well.

While the different tiers of tack are merely for stat difference, feel free to play into the visual "quality" in their artwork.

 (i.e a standard tack set might look like it was quickly thrown together, or less detailed than a grandios set, which might appear to be more of an art piece than a functional set of clothing.)

For tack sets, they must have their own "import" and stick regularly to their design, and can only be held by one Rhaigon. This is not something individuals have to go through a design check for, it is expected that a tack ref either shows up consistently in artwork, OR a tack design is present on a tracker of sorts.
