The player bank is where you, the player, can see your RCC balance, and the amount of Rhaigon you own, and the amount of uploaded Rhaigon you have.
Some guidelines beforehand:
RCC payments will be paid before transfer of RCC. Once payment is recieved, then RCC amount will immediately be transferred to your in game bank.
