There are a few main takeaways for designing imports. 

• Do not color the lineart too light, the lines should be noticeable and darker than the base colors. 

• Large edits to the lineart should not be made. The only time edits should be made is with physical mutations, or a custom import rune (info in item resources)

• Should follow the rules of the genes.

References must be at least a colored half body, and must display import information, and a tracker link  in the description.

It is encouraged to include personality and story tidbits in the ref as well.
