Sergeant - Master Sergeant to Warrant Officer

Overview

This pathway gives current Red Cell members the opportunity to join the Officer Corps. Warrant Officers allow current Red Cell members to learn and prepare themselves to become an officer. You do not have to progress from Warrant Officer to Lieutenant.

A member of the Council will select a couple of Warrant Officer applications that have met the standards to progress to Senior Officer votings. If you have passed the application, you will be DMed. If you do not pass, you will not be notified.
