Progression Department

The Progression Department sole purpose is to guide the Officer Core to relevant pieces of information to maintain the image of the sub-officers and officers as disciplined professionals. They ensure that the sub-officers and officers remain as confident, passionate, open-minded, great influence, and proper leaders and representatives of the Division. Anyone who has the membership of this Department will encounter various challenges and only those with a constructive mindset can handle burdens. As this is the most prestigious branch, members who are in this Department are expected not to use their membership for ostentation.

We are seeking great leaders, and leaders are humble, always willing to be little despite receiving such recognition.

Requirements: The main requirement to enter the Department is to be a Sub-Officer/Baronet or above and fill out an application that will be reviewed by someone responsible within the Progression Department. Failures are not sustainable, so continuing to work poorly will lead to a negative repercussion. Using your experience will indeed assist you throughout your way in the Department but, what we are truly seeking is an ambitious individual.
