Entrance Program

In order to enter the Division you will have to pass an Observation Tryout that is hosted at the Communication Discord of Red Cell at the channel Division-Events or be invited/hand-picked by the Red Cell Special Forces High-Administration. The fastest and most secure way is passing the Observation Tryout to have a somewhat bigger chance of entering the Division.

Members that perform well but are not still at a level of a Special Force Personnel can be placed on the Watch-List, this increases your chances of being invited to the Division or passing the next Observation Tryouts you attend as you have already have been noticed by a Officer/High-Command member of the Division for your abilities. Members that enter the Division are given the rank/role initiate as they are new members of the Division that will be constantly moderated about their behaviour and abilities to ensure that they are up to standards to be called Special Forces Personnel. They are expected to be quite active and attend as many events as possible hosted by the Division in order for their skill level to be evaluated correctly by Special Forces Officers and High-Command members. If Special Forces Personnel show inactivity or show low performance during events hosted by the Division, they will be either contacted for a combat evaluation or be removed from the Division completely. The members who attend the most events hosted within the Division will be recognized for a possible promotion.
