Overview

The document is provided to you by the High-Administration of Templars where this document contains the general rules and expectations for each and every member of the Division. All Regulations and Restrictions must be followed within the Division, failure to follow would lead to action taken against the offender.

Discord Regulations

The Communication Discord Server is a valuable asset that the Division has and every member should follow the general rules that come with it to make an enjoyable environment for everyone, listed below are the rules:

• All users of the Communication Discord Server are to use all channels for their right purposes as they were created.

• Any kind of toxicity, racism, harassment, bullying, and bigotry is forbidden and would lead to consequences taken against you.

• All of the Discord terms of service and rules are to be followed and must remain unbroken.

• The power handed to you by the High-Administration should not be abused in any way possible.

• All chat-rooms within the Communication Discord of Templars should remain PG-13, this means there should not be any NSFW content posted.

• You are to respect everyone including your superiors in order to be respected back.

• Leaking any personal information about an individual is forbidden and would lead to high punishments issued towards the offender.

• Don’t spam or flood the chat-rooms with a large amount of unnecessary texts and mostly keep it clean and simple.

• Don’t ping anyone without a good reason such as your superiors, as some of the members disliked to be pinged for no valid reasoning.

• The Communication Discord Server of the Division is an English Server where the most common and only language spoken is English, if you want to talk with the others in a different language of such move it to Direct Messages.

• Do not advertise any kind of Unofficial TNI/RC Discord Server within the Discord Communication Server of the Division and even via Direct Messages of an individual as it is forbidden.

• Do not advertise any social media accounts that are not related to TNI/RC.

• Threats of any kind or Blackmails are not tolerated and would lead to punishments and actions taken against you.

• Do not create any kind of group chats or Discord Servers that are unofficial used for TNI/RC work-related as an High-Administration has to own it or be within it so it can be official and used.

Event Regulations

• Always listen to the host or co-host of the event you are attending, if the hosts are somewhat giving unnecessary orders and such you can report them.

• Exploiting of any kind is prohibited and would lead to your removal from the Division and Red Cell entirely.

• Don’t abuse any glitches that would lead to unfair advantage, you should report these glitches and warn the hosts about them.

• Listen to Officers and High-Command members, if they tell you to stop doing something you should listen and not continue doing it regardless.

• Don’t act like a complete clown or nuisance during events as you can easily be dismissed without earning any honor if you are doing so.

• Try to wear your uniform always during events hosted by the Division if you're able to do so.

• Don’t wear any packages during events as it is forbidden and can lead to a dismissal from the event.

• Don’t try to ask any applications or exams answers from the hosts of the event or within the Discord Server as you will be dismissed and punished if you do so.

• Do not interrupt events for your own amusement as it will lead to punishments issued against you.

• Do not beg for any position or honor to be added to you, you will have to earn yourself the position/promotion or the honor like everyone else.

Level of Punishments

Below are the punishments that you can receive within the Division starting from lowest punishment ending to the highest:

• Logged Warning/Verbal Warning

• Dismissal/Kick from the game server

• Honor Deduction

• Ban from the game server

• Removal from the group

• Officer Blacklist

• Department Ranklock

• Discord Communication Mute

• Discord Communication Kick

• Discord Communication Ban

• Blacklist
