Lieutenant to Captain

Overview

This pathway gives current Lieutenants the opportunity to climb through the ranks and become a Captain. As a captain, you are considered a Senior Officer within Red Cell. To become a Captain, the Officer must host 3 Combat Training or 3 Practice raids; Be in a Department or an Officer in a Division. If the Officer has the requirements, they must ask for an evaluation with a Progression Senior+ at Exodus through this Application. If you pass, a minimum score of 80%, the evaluation will be brought up to a vote accessed by all Captains+ to decide. If passed, the Officer will become a Captain the following day.
