Officer Progression System

Overview

• These guidelines will give you the needed information in order to reach the rank of Baronet, the last sub-officer position, and Viscount, the first officer position. Please read this Progression information carefully before you choose one of the pathways.

Evaluations

• Once you have been contacted by a Progression Committee member, you will confirm a time and date with the member for your evaluation, where you will have to host training by yourself with no guidance and will be assessed.

Structure of Progression

Standard Pathway

Warrior- Baronet (Opened)

• After requesting an Official Evaluation in Progression Verification, you will be contacted by the Progression Department for an Official Evaluation at Facility Kadex or Futuretops multipurpose server.

• You will have to pass an Official Evaluation hosted at Kadex or Futuretops. You have to score at least 75% on the Evaluation to pass it.

• After passing the Official Evaluation, you will answer an Exam and the Officer Core and High Command will vote on your exam.

Baronet - Viscount (Opened)

• If you wish to progress to the rank of Viscount you would have to be within a Department.

• To apply for Viscount you would have to complete the application provided and be within the Sub-Officer Core for at least 2 Weeks and pass the Officer Review Period.

• You will be contacted by the Progression Department to schedule an Official Evaluation at Kadex or Futuretops Multipurpose server.

• You must get 80% on your evaluation to pass it, after passing it your application will be put on voting by the Officer-Core of Templars. https://forms.gle/rbdD1NkARPUwqnpu9

Accelerated Pathway

Warrior - Baronet (Open)

• This Pathway is for Warrior + who has experience in hosting a Combat Training. If you have experience, then you can apply directly in this pre-exam. Progression will read your application and it will take a few days. Upon passing you will be ranked to Baronet immediately.

Warfare Pathway

Warfare Specialist/Warfare Executive - Baronet (Opened)

• You must be at the rank of Warrior to apply for the Department.

• You must achieve the rank of Warfare Specialist or higher within the Department.

• You must complete the applications provided.

• If you pass your application will be placed on voting by the Warfare Department.

• You may ask a Warfare Executive for some tips before the Official Evaluation.

Baronet - Viscount (Opened)

• You must be a Baronet to apply using the application.

• You will be contacted for an Official Evaluation hosted at Kadex or Future Tops,

• Your behaviour will be moderated and your performance within the Department as the Progression Department will decide if you should progress to the rank of Viscount or not.

• The Passing Score is 17/20 and 4+ on execution.

Acceptance and Denial

In the case of denial:

• If your application has been denied, you will have to wait a minimum of one week in order to reapply for the rank of Baronet. Any applications sent within one week of your denial will be instantly rejected. Note that officer applications are accepted every week.

In the case of acceptance:

• If your application has been accepted, you will move on to the next stage of progression. Your trial stage as a junior officer will last for two weeks in which members of progression will assist you in sharpening your leadership and hosting capabilities.

Additional Rules

• You are not allowed to apply for Officer if you have a major punishment in The Red Cell or in Templars within the past 2 weeks.

Grand Templar or Conductor may promote/demote individuals from any rank they deem necessary.

Code of Conduct

• Remember, as an Officer you are to always behave maturely at any event, and in discord. It is your job as an Officer to complete your assigned task without error. Failure to do so will result in a warning. If the said error continues, your position will be at stake, and your chances of progressing will heavily decrease.

• You are a representation of the Officer Core. Just because you are an Officer, it does not mean that you should command members of lower-ranking to do unnecessary actions. Do not let your emotions cloud your judgment as an officer, and do not beg for any position. Lastly, you shall not plot any action aimed against the group.
